Delete your account in the app
In Seren, open Settings → Account → Delete account, then follow the instructions to verify your identity and delete your account.

After receiving your request, we will verify your identity before deleting your account.

Note: Do not send passwords, verification codes, or the contents of your symptom or health records.
Data that is deleted
Stored data, including symptom and health records and AI chats, is deleted promptly.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. To stop being charged, cancel it separately in the App Store subscription management screen.
Some data is retained after deletion. See Sections 7 and 8 of the Privacy Policy for the data concerned and its retention periods. Privacy Policy
